Big change in plans, we are not going install the masts and rigging, we are just going to motor everywhere. Most sail boats going up to Alaska motor anyway. We are getting too old to mess around we need to get our asses out there and up north.
Work to be done this season.
  1. Rope work on poop deck handrail stanchions.
    Need to install the new supports first.

  2. Cover the main support post in the galley with fancy rope work.


  3. Aft Helm. Install new engine control cables so we can run the engine from the pilot house and aft deck.

  4. Lockers-Aft Deck
    Install new lids on the aft deck lockers.
  5. Install 1.5" zinc on rudder shaft. Missed this along the way !
  6. Under Deck Panel in work shop.
    Water damaged. Took to AZ for rebuilding
  7. Aft deck rail supports.
    Add supports for aft deck rails which connect the uprights to the side of the ship. 16" bend 2" on each end.

  8. Replace Starboard Side Stairs

  9. Fancy wood work where aft cabin meets the cap rail.
    Took the "Whale's Tails" side pieces to AZ for rebuilding.

  10. Install these ferrule fittings in the electrical panel.
    Right now the stranded wire is just twisted and inserted under the screw terminal.
    This new method makes them more secure.

  11. Windshield
    Pesky leaks and replace 3 Lexan windows with smoked glass.
