This year I arrived the 2nd of May by myself until Gnettie joined me in June.
This was the second winter the boat was left out in the open without a tarp.
The Bristol product I applied to the wood was left shiny and like new.
So I will put this over all the top sides wood work.
As we progress through the spring/summer I will put green check marks next to the completed items.
I am working on so many things at once, depending on the weather that I am adding a Work in progressnext to each work in progress item.
1. Aft deck.
  1. Install aft steering station Work in progress
2. Steering gear.
  1. Install Helm Hydraulic Cylinder at the rudder. Work in progress
  2. Plumb in the Hydraulic lines.Work in progress
3. Outside work
  1. Install the mid ship hawse pipes.
  2. Refinish pilot house wood panels that had water damage.
  3. Repaint and install a no-slip texture on the deck.
  4. Recoat all top sides wood work with new Bristol finish.Work in progress
  5. Clean up the companion way hatch.
  6. Dorode boxes for the vents.
4. Figure out the latch system for the boom kin hatch.
5. Bow Pulpit.
  1. Build a walkway out to the end of the bow sprit.
6: Complete forward V Berth
  1. Cut hatch in overhead for storing sails.
7.Pilot House
  1. Install inside window panes including windshield.
  2. Replace 3 cracked windows.
  3. Upholstery.

10. Engine.
  1. Add shut off solenoid.
  2. New engine thermostat.
  3. Prep with new filters, oil change, coolant etc.
  4. Run-up test.
11. Plumbing / water system.
  1. Install a SMA 20 water maker.
12. DC Electric system
  1. 4 way cigarette lighter sockets for radios, GPS etc.
  2. Install battery selector switch.
  3. Install battery charger for Anchor Windless battery.
  4. Install switch for Diesel Heater starter fan.
  5. Purchase and install 4 more house batteries with trays.
13. Floors
  1. Work Shop

14. Electronics
  1. Install and test Electronic Control Unit, and the new remote wireless unit.
  2. Run a 12 VDC line to overhead of the steering station.
  3. Install VHF radio with Marine antenna.
  4. Run AC line to center of windshield to power the GPS and navigation monitor.
15. Work Shop Area
  1. Install a vice on the bench.
  2. Finish the flooring.
16. Fuel System
  1. Seal Fuel Filters
  2. Add killer to the fuel tanks.
  3. Clean out the tanks.
17. Dingy
  1. Get the dingy ready to go.
  2. Buy outboard motor
18. Pilot House
  1. All lift out floor sections to be coated with linseed oil.
  2. Sound proofing.
19. Markings
  1. Metal plate for hull number identification.
  2. Decals for registration number.
