When I built the hull, the port aft section pulled in, so I had to fill it in somehow.
First I made the curved fairing strips out of Bondo then filled the area in between with fiberglass resin mixed with micro balloons.
That was a mistake because that mixture has no strength, so the hull cracks in the general area of the fairing strips.
Each year it was getting worse so this year it's time to fair it out and repaint.

This section de-laminated, so I removed all the loose filler. The hull underneath looks good. |

This took about 3 hours, now to apply the new filler. |
Bondo'd and fine filled with glazing putty. |

All finished with 2 coats of EZPoxy paint. |
