Aft Helm Wooden Ring - 2023

I had to make a decision in regard to the material to use. Real wood through expansion and contraction will split in a few years.
So I decided to do it in MDF and use my CNC machine to cut it out. Will need multiple coats of Epifanes to seal it from the weather. |

| Made 2 of them and glued them together so I could get a 1" height. First sanding has been done. The CNC machine cuts a perfect circle. | |

| 6 coats of Epifanes and it's now ready to install. | |
