Complete the rudder control system. Run lines, fill and test. All lines are SAE J844 1400 PSI Rating. |

Hydraulic Cylinder in place with lines attached.
Not yet fitted to helm. Need to test to find out how far it travels before attaching, to achieve a 70 degree rudder movement. |
The lines run from the forward steering station through the closet. I put tees in here to run them up to the upper poop deck steering station. |

They are all roughed in to just under the steering station. Here I will need to install 90 degree fittings. |
Aft Steering station coming together. Wireless engine instrumentation being installed. Had the dome specially made. The side bars where the correction magnets were sitting will be used to hold an iPad for navigation. |

This is where the wiring and hydraulic lines come through the bottom of the steering station. The tubing bent enough that I did not need 90 degree fittings, only couplers. |
Last of the hydraulic lines connected. I looped them for extra length in case I need to take the steering station down. Now we are ready for hydraulic fluid !!! |
