Now that the boat is finally on Whidbey it's time to build a shelter for it. I decided to build a PVC pipe building I read about.

Start by building supports along each side. |
Stern view supports starting in the front. |
The supports are 2x6's on edge. Then I will drill a 1 inch hole where I want the uprights. |
Supports completed. |
Bow Side. Build a peak for the pipes to go into starting with uprights on each end. |

Pipes mounted on the supports. |

Peak completed with all pipes installed. Now to cover it with plastic. |
Peak idea did not work out, removed it and added a furring strip across the top. Sides on bow end. |

Sides on bow end. |
Plastic On. |

Now that I am fat dumb and happy, the worst shit could have happened did.
The dam wind came up and blew the whole thing down.
Left the dam thing to rethink the whole deal. Here is a December winter shot of the mess. |
